Hi! As I'm sure you know by now, my name is Holly.
I'm a full-time, Dorset based photographer, specializing in weddings and lifestyle photography.
I have a love for Art, symmetry, detail and romance.
My favourite things, other than photography of course, consist of listening to my favourite hip-hop artists, Trips to the cinima with my partner Josh and sunny car journeys with music blasting and all the windows down.
MY STORY
I have always been a creative person. At one point as a child, I said I wanted to be an artist, singer and author all at the same time! My dad always had a hobby in photography, and me being the creative being I am, would always follow and take photos with him. When he unexpectedly passed away when I was 13, Photography gave me a purpose and a reason. It made me feel a connection with my dad again. So I self taught myself the art of photography.
I photographed my first wedding at 15 years old, Took a 2 year full time course in photography at 16 and I am now a full time photographer at 19.
Losing someone so close to me has fueled my passion to document life. All the little moments and the big.
I shoot primarily in natural light and love capturing personalities and emotions in my images. I want you to look back on your images and feel the magic and happiness you felt in that moment.
I don't like to create super posed shots, I will keep a balance of styled and Candid photographs in your gallery. It's my priority to direct you in a way that makes you feel relaxed, confident and in a way that makes you feel yourself.
My editing style can vary from shoot to shoot, but I love to add depth into my images, emphasizing light to capture my imagery. I will not wildly change the colours in your images, as I know the time and money that can go into them!

I have achieved a distinction in a level 3 extended Diploma in photography.
I have also received awards for my work such as the 'Hitched 2023 wedding awards' and The best Junior print in Dorset County Show.
My work has been published in various places online and on paper such as 'Your Hampshire and Dorset' wedding magazine and Dorset Echo.
